Physicians & Nurse Practitioners

Dr. Wallace earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Missouri--Kansas City in 1995. The following year, she completed the six year BA/MD program at the UM-Kansas City School of Medicine. In 1999, Dr. Wallace finished a three year residency program in Family Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina.

Courtenay has been a Family Nurse Practitioner in Huntsville since 2002. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Tennessee in 1995, then earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 1999. While working toward her Master of Science in Nursing degree at UAH, which she completed in December of 2001, she worked as a registered nurse in an intensive care unit at Huntsville Hospital.
